In 2012, Julia reached the pinnacle of her career when she was elected President of the National Association of Defined Contribution Administrators. Hailing from San Mateo, CA, Julia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University Sacramento and a Master’s in Human Behavior from National University.
